We have 20 years of experience in selling and servicing of CHATILLON Force Measurement in India . Under ISO standards Force Measuring Instruments are to be calibration re-certification is to be done once a year. To serve our existing customers and new customers, recently we have started Force Calibration laboratory in Mumbai up to load capacity 50 Kgs, with NABL certified dead weights. We can provide complete force calibration re-certification of Digital Force Gauges, Analog Force Gauges, Mechanical Push / Pull Gauges, Tension Gauges, Spring Balances etc. We will do yearly calibration re-certification of CHATILLON force gauges as well as IMADA, MECMESIAN and other brand force gauges at very reasonable charges.

All force gauges come with a Calibration Re-certification Certificate with Calibration Data , Calibration Sticker and Calibration Master Standard Traceability Certificate Copy for your records.Our charge are as follows:

Analog / Digital Force Gauges, both Tension / Compression mode ( 5 point calibration ) -  Rs 2000.00 per gauge.
Mechanical Push / Pull Gauges ( 3 point calibration ) ­- Rs.1000.00 per gauge.
Tension Gauges, Spring Balances etc (2 point calibration ) - Rs.750.00 per gauge. 
   Service Tax, Local Taxes if any, extra as applicable. 
   Return Freight, Insurance etc. to your account 

Plastic Foil Coating Thickness Standards

We have 20 years of experience in selling and servicing of CMI / OXFORD brand Coating Thickness Measuring Instruments in India . Coating Thickness  Measurement with Eddy Current and Magnetic Principles is a contact method. As  per ISO standards, in contact method of coating thickness measurement, thickness standards are not calibration re-certified on yearly basis. This calls for user’s to buy new set of Plastic Foil Coating Thickness Standards every year at high cost. However, for Indian customers this will work out very expensive!

To serve our existing customers and new customers, recently we have started manufacturing Plastic Foil Coating Thickness Standards with imported Plastic material. We will cut Plastic Material into small pieces and will measure thickness at multiple points and will certify the thickness of Plastic Foil for use with any brand of Coating Thickness Measuring Gauges.

All Plastic Foil Coating Thickness Standards come with a Calibration Certificate with Calibration Data for your records.

We will be able to supply Plastic Foil Coating Thickness Standards for Rs. 1200.00 per Foil Standard plus sales tax and courier delivery charges of Rs. 100.00. This low  prices will allow you to replace Plastic Foil Coating Thickness Standards, as and when required by you under ISO standards.
